ACH payments allow our office to electronically transfer the monthly common charges from your account into the Associations account. This type of payment method will guarantee that your account is always current and you will never receive a late fee. By completing this form, it is one less thing you have to remember each month.
NOTE: Before you can start paying by ACH Payments please print this form and fill it out. Once you mail it or fax it back to our office you can begin paying your monthly common charges with ACH Payments.ACH Payment Approval Form
