Option 1
Financial Services

The honest, accurate and timely financial management of any residential community is arguably the most important service that professional management can provide for the Board of Directors (BOD). Every community is in need of financial management. If we are successful in gaining your confidence and given the opportunity to work with you, we will examine your operating expenses and make recommendations that will reduce expenditures. We are pleased to provide our superior financial services in our partial management services program. All reports and information are prepared in easy-to-read formats, permitting directors to fully comprehend the information within our reports.

Option 2
Financial Services & Back Office

If your community is small to mid-sized and does not maintain an on-site management office, but recognizes the value of having a 24-hour, 7-day a week response system in place for owners, vendors and contractor communications, we have the answer.

Option 3
Full Management Services (includes above 2 options)

If your community is in need of FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICES, we are pleased to offer this option. When combining Option 1 with our FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE PROGRAM, your community will experience the most complete responsive management effort. Our team will provide you with a sincere focus on all the needs of your community. Our participation at BOD meetings will provide advice on all aspects of your community. We will visit your property twice a month and report our findings at each BOD meeting. We will respond to the needs of your owners in a cooperative manner. When necessary, special appointments with owners will be made to address their needs. An immediate bond is created between homeowners and the BOD because of the care and attention they receive from us.
