We will be closing our office at 3 PM on Wednesday, November 23th so that we can begin gathering & securing all our personal items to be ready for the movers on Friday morning. We will be reopened on Monday, November 30th around noon time. We were hoping for Monday morning at 9 AM, but cablevision cannot transfer our phone numbers until Monday mid- morning.
Our new location is 525 West Jericho Turnpike, Smithtown, NY 11787. Our phone & fax numbers will remain the same & we have already informed the post office with a forwarding address. We will also be changing the return address on the monthly common charges statements, or any new coupon booklets we order. All vendors will be notified of the change & we are confident that the move and transition will be seamless.
The move will allow our company to hire additional staff and also become better organized in order to serve our owners. If it were not for your recommendations, this move would not be possible. We appreciate all those who have given our name as a recommendation to members they know in other communities. Your support and trust in our company is something we are truly thankful for.
