Spring cleanups have been completed earlier this month.  You will hear the lawn mowers weekly & the irrigation will be turned on shortly. With the warmer temperatures that past week or so you will notice that the perennials have begun to bloom.

Our office will be closed Saturday and Sunday, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, December 24th and 25th, respectively.  Since Monday December 26th is a legal holiday our office will also be closed on that day as well.

Aerating & seeding has been completed in most communities.  When this type of treatment is done to the lawns, they should not be cut for 2 weeks.  Thus, if you do not see the landscapers on their regular day, it is probably because they are allowing the seed to germinate before they again mow the lawn.  Also, all irrigation systems will be closed & blown out for the winter by October 31st.

Pool Reminders

• Use of the pool is at the swimmer’s own risk.
