Spring Update

Spring cleanups have been completed earlier this month.  You will hear the lawn mowers weekly & the irrigation will be turned on shortly. With the warmer temperatures that past week or so you will notice that the perennials have begun to bloom.

Winter Weather Reminders

Though it has been a fairly mild winter thus far, and we have not gotten a lot of snow, we want to make sure all our owners are familiar with the items below:

  • All homeowner’s should keep at least one bag of ice melt in their garage or inside your front door, to help prevent slips or falls.

2016 Holiday Greetings & Schedule

With the holiday season upon us we would like to wish all of our homeowner’s peace, joy, and happiness.  May your celebrations be surrounded with family and friends.

Fall Reminders

Aerating & seeding has been completed in most communities.  When this type of treatment is done to the lawns, they should not be cut for 2 weeks.  Thus, if you do not see the landscapers on their regular day, it is probably because they are allowing the seed to germinate before they again mow the lawn.  Also, all irrigation systems will be closed & blown out for the winter by October 31st.

Pool Reminders

  • Use of the pool is at the swimmer’s own risk.
  • Children under the age of 16 who legally reside at your community, and who wish to use the pool should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while they are in the pool area.

Office Relocation

We will be closing our office at 3 PM on Wednesday, November 23th so that we can begin gathering & securing all our personal items to be ready for the movers on Friday morning.  We will be reopened on Monday, November 30th around noon time.  We were hoping for Monday morning at 9 AM, but cablevision cannot transfer our phone numbers until Monday mid- morning.
